Itinerary

Day 1: Tsavo East Adventure

Your thrilling safari begins with a 6:00 AM hotel pick-up, as we embark on a scenic journey along the Mombasa-Nairobi highway, covering 100 kilometers, with a delightful coffee stop en route.

Proceed for 6 kilometers to Tsavo East, Kenya's largest park, spanning 13,747 square kilometers, and arrive at Bachuma.

Embark on an enthralling game drive en route to Aruba Dam, a crucial watering hole for wildlife. Along the way, marvel at Tsavo River, the expansive Yatta Plateau (300 km²), iconic Mdanda Rock, the majestic Lugard Falls, the seasonal Voi River, and the serene Aruba Dam.

Keep your camera ready for sightings of red elephants, rhinos, majestic leopards, swift cheetahs, and graceful giraffes, among other wildlife.

Enjoy a delectable lunch and leisure time at Voi Safari Lodge until 3:00 PM.

Depart for the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, an 80-kilometer journey that leads to your check-in at Taita Hills Lodge around 4:00 PM.

Resume your adventure with a game drive until 6:30 PM, returning to Salt Lick Lodge for a delightful dinner and an overnight stay.

Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary boasts diverse landscapes, including thorny bushes, acacia forests, arid savannah, swamps, and the scenic Taita hills. Encounter elephants, majestic lions, agile cheetahs, elegant zebras, graceful giraffes, and a plethora of bird species.

Day 2: Sunrise Safari and Return to Diani

Rise at 5:30 AM for a cup of coffee before embarking on an early morning game drive, offering an opportunity to spot the magnificent big cats of Taita Hills.

Return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast at approximately 8:30 AM, followed by your final game drive.

After an adventurous morning, enjoy lunch in Voi town before commencing your journey back to your hotel.
